Seeking to elevate investor service outputs, the gathering titled "Enhancing the Future of Investor Services with Technology and Digital Innovation," featured representatives from Korea, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan. Each country outlined their recent financial innovations and strategic road maps for future development.

A notable highlight was the presentation of the revamped eFastChannel Platform, an addition to the "e-Handheld Services" app, symbolizing progress through technological sharing across borders, intended to enhance regional service quality and operational efficiency.
