This growth, often referred to as the 'Zhen Ding Legend', showcases Shen's visionary and proactive leadership.

Shen's address titled “To Future Dream Chasers: Set Sail with Passion and Row with Longevity” provided profound insights from both industry and personal experiences. Drawing from ten critical perspectives including health, continual learning, perseverance, integrity, discipline, and gratitude, Shen's storytelling intertwined his life experiences with management skill and humanistic warmth.
