In terms of economic impact, this undertaking is estimated to incur a development cost of approximately NT$25.3 billion, with expectations to receive building permits by the second quarter of 2027. However, the final sales revenue remains undetermined as it is contingent upon negotiations with the Kaohsiung City Government regarding legal procedures and rights distribution agreements.



The project's prime location across from Weiwuying National Arts and Culture Center highlights Kaohsiung's dedication to cultural enrichment.
